Length of warranty by product
All of our installation work is guaranteed for 2 years. Many products carry an extended parts warranty too, which is a return to base warranty. If a faulty product is returned to one of our stores, and the fault is found to be covered under the warranty, the repair will be free of charge. However if after the initial 2 year warranty period you request a call out for a warranty claim, the call out will incur a charge.
