We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys and provide feedback. This is only used to improve our service and is not distributed. The only information we receive and hold from any third parties are supplied by Estate agents/ Landlords who send us job requests.

- Tenants Name and Address
- Tenants Contact Telephone Numbers
- Landlords Name and Address
These contact details and personal information are held on a secure system and all information is deleted when these are no longer open jobs, and the invoice has been raised and paid.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to book appointments for both measuring and fitting, to process your order and manage your account. We do not email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. The Complete Blind Service Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. All information is stored on a password protected database
Marketing
We do not send our flyers or promotions on information about our products and services and other companies’ in our group which may be of interest to you.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
